We’re happy to offer wholesale orders for independent makers, designers, small businesses, and creative projects. Whether you’re looking for fabrics for your next collection, a special project, or to stock in your shop, we’re happy to help where we can.

As a small fabric store, our wholesale service works a little differently from large-scale fabric suppliers. Below you’ll find all the details about our wholesale minimums, discounts, shipping, and ordering process.

 

Wholesale discount

We offer wholesale orders at a 20% discount, subject to the following minimums:

  • Minimum 6 metres per fabric 
  • Minimum fabric order value of €250 before the wholesale discount

When purchasing a larger quantity of a single fabric, we offer an additional wholesale discount:

  • 50 metres or more of one fabric: 30% discount

The wholesale discount is always calculated from the original retail price and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

 

Shipping of wholesale orders

Shipping is charged on all wholesale orders, regardless of the order value.

Within the EU: Orders are shipped with DPD. 

Outside the EU: Orders are shipped with FedEx. 

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the parcel and therefore vary depending on the order.

Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, import duties and other local charges. These costs are not included in the shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. They are charged directly to the recipient upon or after delivery.

 

Ordering and fabric availability

Once you have decided which fabrics and quantities you would like, please contact us via wholesale@mylittlefabricshop.com and include the following information:

  • contact info (name, address, postal code, city, country, phone number, email address)
  • full names of the fabric as they appear in the online store and the quantities you wish you purchase (you can also send screenshots of your cart)

 

We can then check the availability, give you a shipping estimate and the final price of the fabrics, as well as send you the invoice. Once the invoice has been sent, the requested fabrics will be reserved for 24 hours. If payment has not been received within this period, the fabrics will be released and made available for other customers to purchase.

As we are a small business with limited storage space, we do not always have all fabrics available in the quantities required for a wholesale order. In some cases, we may need to order fabrics from our manufacturers after your payment has been received. 

This means that the time between payment and shipping may be longer when fabrics need to be ordered, compared to orders containing fabrics that are already in stock. In that case, we inform you about the shipping times prior to your payment.
