Refund policy

If you receive fabrics that you are not satisfied with, you have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us by sending an email to info@mylittlefabricshop.com. Please provide the following information: your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive the returned package and verify that the fabrics are in mint condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees). Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned fabrics for the refund to be processed.
In the event of a mistake made by us, such as receiving the wrong fabric, we will cover the cost of shipping for returns.

Wholesale Pricing

We offer a wholesale discount of -20% for fabric lengths exceeding 6 meters.
To inquire about wholesale pricing, please contact us at info@mylittlefabricshop.com and provide your business address and a list of the fabrics you would like to purchase.
We will verify our stock availability and send you an invoice to be paid. Shipping costs will be added to all wholesale orders.

Privacy Policy

We only use customer data, including personal information and payment details, for order-related communication and shipping purposes. Phone numbers are collected for delivery purposes only.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal: Payments should be sent to hello@evelina-apparel.com within 48 hours after placing the order. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
- Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards for secure online payments.

Discounts

Periodically, we offer discounts on our products. Please note that if you place an order before a discount becomes available, we cannot apply the discount retroactively to your previous order.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email within 2 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accept cancellations as the package may already be in the process of being prepared for shipment.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, you have the option to sign up for email notifications. We will notify you as soon as the item is back in stock. If you wish to order a larger quantity and we need to order more specifically for you, a 30% upfront payment is required. If you later change your mind and decide not to pay the remaining amount, the 30% payment will not be refunded.

Shipping Information

All packages are packed within 1-7 business days.
We offer shipping through either dpd for European destinations or Fedex for other countries.
Shipping times typically range from 1-4 days, depending on the final destination. For faster shipping, we recommend choosing Fedex.
If the selected fabrics are not in stock, we will promptly contact you via email to discuss the situation.

International Shipping and Import Taxes

For shipments to countries outside of the European Union (EU), any applicable import taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
If import taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Failure to cover import taxes and repeated package returns may result in a ban from purchasing on our website.
